What if I picked the wrong size or color, can I change it?
Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so our customer gets the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production.
Please make sure to check the size chart located under product description tab before you place your order.

How long will delivery take?
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (2-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).
We endeavor to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. Most shipments from the US & EU take up to 2 weeks. Some products take longer – between 2-4 weeks as this is completely dependent on our supplier’s location. If you want an update on your order please email customer@PansyTee.com. Include the Order Number and our staff will be happy to assist you.

I’ve Not Received My Order, What Should I do?
Your happiness shopping with our store is our main priority. If you have not received your order, then please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
The address on my order is incorrect?
Although we do everything we can to ensure our deliveries, we can’t be responsible for this. If you have noticed this as soon as you placed the order then please contact us straight away. If your order has been sent out with incorrect details then unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. If your order is returned to us as an RTS or failed delivery then we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.
What is your replacement/return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
